Shipping
Every inkwear product is printed on demand — your order goes to print after payment and typically dispatches within 2–4 business days.
Delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your pincode. Once shipped, your order page shows the tracking details.
Shipping is free on all orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@inkwear.org with your order number — you will receive a full refund.
Because each item is printed specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
No returns
We do not accept returns. Every inkwear product is custom-printed to your order and cannot be restocked or resold, so returns and exchanges (including for size or change of mind) are not possible. Please check the size chart and preview your design carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong (not what you ordered), that is on us: email a photo to support@inkwear.org within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement, or refund you in full if a replacement is not possible. You never need to send anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
If money was deducted but your order failed, the payment auto-reverses through Razorpay, usually within 5 business days. Contact us if it takes longer.
