Terms of Service

1. Who we are

inkwear is an online platform for designing, buying, and selling custom-printed apparel. These terms apply to everyone who browses the site, creates an account, places an order, or publishes designs as a creator.

By using inkwear you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number via OTP. You are responsible for keeping your device and number secure — actions taken from your logged-in account are treated as yours.

You must be at least 18, or use the service under supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.

Every product is printed on demand after you pay. An order confirmation does not guarantee availability if we detect pricing errors or suspected fraud — in such cases we will cancel and refund in full.

4. Your designs and creator content

You keep ownership of designs you create or upload. By publishing a design to the marketplace you grant inkwear a licence to display, promote, print, and sell products featuring it, and you earn the commission shown at publish time (currently 25% of the sale price of your design).

You must own or have rights to everything you upload. Do not upload content that infringes copyright or trademarks, is hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this rule, and forfeit related unpaid commissions where the content was infringing.

AI-generated images created in the studio may be used on your own products and published to the marketplace, subject to the same content rules.

5. Creator payouts

Commissions accrue to your creator balance when an order containing your design is paid. Payout requests are processed manually and may require identity or bank verification. We may withhold payouts connected to fraudulent, refunded, or infringing orders.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; do not use it to send spam; do not place fraudulent orders or abuse promotional credits.

7. Liability

inkwear provides the service on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
